Access

Whereas many hot tub retailers will only guarantee roadside delivery, we aim to deliver the tub into its desired location whenever possible.

In most cases we use a purpose built trolley that allows us to move the tub around on its side. This means we can get your tub through most gateways. In some cases we can remove a fence panel to allow entry. The other option is to hire a crane to lift your tub over your property, or even just a garden wall.

Before taking delivery check that doorways, gateways, alleyways and pathwaysare wide enough. If access is over or across garden or grass this will mean taking the hot tub or spa off the dolly truck, so boards or protection may be needed. Be aware of drainpipes, guttering, shelves, taps or any obstruction en route to the site. Tight bends in paths can cause problems as well as excessively uneven surfaces. Turning space will be required around corners through alleyways etc. Please notify any such problems to us prior to delivery so that we may advise you and act accordingly.

Be aware that slopes, walls or difficult routes to the chosen site may require extra labour. We will supply 2 men to install the hot tub or spa. Should more labour be required this can be supplied by the customer, at the customers cost and arranged prior to delivery. Please contact us for advice if this is the case. Should the customer not be able to arrange extra labour, we can arrange it given sufficient warning.

Technical

We can handle all the aspects of delivering and installing your Spa/Hot Tub, but when planning your installation, here are some points to consider:

If the hot tub is to be placed in an outdoor location, comfort and convenience are key issues, so does your site offer privacy and easy access?

If the hot tub is to be installed onto concrete slabs or decking ensure there will be the proper support.

Your hot tub will need a source of electricity supply, rated at 13 or 20 amp (depending on your chosen tub), and protected via a RCD breaker for your absolute safety.
